European traffic taming
what's missing here?
Mathias Schulz reports in Der Spiegel, 16 November 2006:
European traffic planners are dreaming of streets free of rules and directives. They want drivers and pedestrians to interact in a free and humane way, as brethren -- by means of friendly gestures, nods of the head and eye contact, without the harassment of prohibitions, restrictions and warning signs.
Labels: cagers, pensées, rolling abroad, traffic taming
1 Comments:
that's Europe; not to be done in soCal, where fees for (driving/registering) motor vehicles is only collected for the reason of "revenue." Collecting "taxes." >WASTED by politicos<
