Oh sure, it looks good now, but what happens when the robots take over? They'll have all of our bikes and we won't be able to get away (assuming that the robotic cars will have already turned against us).
Twenty percent increase in cycling simply because there is now a convenient and secure parking solution. I bet similar increases would happen in most major cities.
