Where is that image from? It's a little spooky.
It is rather creepy isn't it? It's from 1954. I can't decide if it's warning younger bikers about pervs or bike thieves.
I found it on-line at the Archives of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents. I like how it looks as if it were created by a WWII propaganda poster artist. So perhaps it's a warning about the dark forces of The Red Menace!
It reminds me of those Jack Chick cartoon witness tracks. You know, where people's souls or Satan or the Holy Ghost was depicted with simple outlines...Can't figure out whose hand that is, though...
